Business Behind the Business

Every business has a second business underneath it: the systems, processes and decisions that make the visible work possible. This series teaches that business, one lesson at a time, in a fixed six-season order from building a business that works to building the business of tomorrow.

Each lesson is published as a long-form video on YouTube and as a video podcast episode on Spotify, with its own page here: the summary, key concepts, references and a free tool to put it into practice.

  1. 1Build a Business That Works
  2. 2Run a Business That Performs
  3. 3Build a Business That Lasts
  4. 4Grow a Business That Scales
  5. 5Lead a Business That Thrives
