Refund Policy

AvariHQ LLC provides software subscriptions, digital products, professional Services, and Managed Services.

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

  1. Monthly Software Subscriptions

    Monthly software subscription payments are non-refundable.

    For monthly subscriptions:

    • customers may cancel future renewal
    • cancellation prevents the next scheduled monthly renewal
    • no prorated refund or credit is provided for unused time
    • the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing month

  2. Annual Software Subscriptions

    Annual prepaid software subscriptions may be canceled before the end of the annual term.

    If an annual subscription is canceled, AvariHQ LLC will refund the unused portion of the prepaid annual subscription on a prorated basis, calculated from the effective cancellation date through the end of the prepaid annual term.

    Access to the software will end on the effective cancellation date unless otherwise stated in writing.

    This prorated refund applies only to annual prepaid software subscriptions. It does not apply to digital products, monthly software subscriptions, Managed Services, or completed or in-progress professional Services.

  3. Digital Products

    Digital products and AvariHQ Systems are non-refundable.

    All digital-product purchases are final, subject to applicable consumer rights.

    Because digital products provide access to non-returnable digital materials, AvariHQ LLC does not provide refunds after purchase.

    If you cannot access or download your purchase, if a file is corrupted or defective, or if the product materially differs from its description, contact support@avarihq.com. We will restore access, replace the file or, where we cannot fix the problem, provide the remedy required by law.

    Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

  4. Managed Services

    Managed and Managed Plus payments are non-refundable.

    For monthly Managed Services:

    • customers may cancel future renewal
    • cancellation prevents the next scheduled monthly renewal
    • no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time
    • service continues through the end of the current paid service month unless otherwise agreed in writing

  5. Launch Assist

    Launch Assist is a scheduled professional service.

    Fees are non-refundable after the scheduled service has been delivered or once material preparation work has begun.

    AvariHQ LLC may permit one reschedule when reasonable advance notice is provided.

    Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations may be treated as used appointments.

    If AvariHQ LLC is unable to provide the purchased service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, the unearned amount paid for that service will be refunded.

  6. Launch Complete

    Launch Complete is a scoped professional service engagement.

    Payments associated with work already performed, phases already begun, or completed milestones are non-refundable.

    If the engagement ends before a future milestone begins, AvariHQ LLC will not charge unpaid future milestones unless otherwise required by a written agreement.

    Any prepaid amount that applies solely to work that has not begun may be refundable after deducting:

    • work already performed
    • non-refundable kickoff or activation amounts where applicable
    • committed third-party costs
    • other amounts already earned under the applicable scope

  7. Build Services

    This section applies to services including:

    • Workflow Build
    • Automation Build
    • Client Portal Build
    • CRM & Pipeline Build
    • Migration
    • Full Operations Build

    Payments for completed work, work already in progress, and milestones already begun are non-refundable.

    If a project is canceled before a future milestone begins, unpaid future milestones will not be charged unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.

    Prepaid amounts attributable solely to work that has not begun may be refundable after deducting earned fees, completed work, work in progress, and committed project costs.

  8. System Review

    System Review fees become non-refundable once the review or assessment work begins.

    If AvariHQ LLC has not started the review and the service is canceled before work begins, any applicable refund will be determined according to the written service terms.

  9. Optimization Sprint

    Optimization Sprint fees are non-refundable once implementation, analysis, or preparation work begins.

    Future unstarted work will not be charged where billing has not yet occurred, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  10. Written Service Terms

    A proposal, scope of work, checkout form, or other written service agreement may contain service-specific cancellation, milestone, scheduling, or refund provisions.

    Where those written terms differ from this general policy, the service-specific written terms govern to the extent permitted by law.

  11. AvariHQ Cancellation

    If AvariHQ LLC is unable to provide a paid service and cannot reasonably reschedule or complete the work, any unearned amount paid specifically for the undelivered service will be refunded.
